The Department of Accounting and Finance was established in 2013 and adopts the timeless values of innovation and extroversion.

The aim of the Department is to promote knowledge and research in the disciplines of Accounting and Finance.

The new curriculum of the Department is adapted to the Greek reality, providing knowledge and skills related to the management and operation of Accounting and Financial Services of companies and organizations, in both the private and public sectors, in order to meet the needs of the job market in the fields of Accounting and Finance.

Apart from acquiring the professional rights of Accountant, Tax Accountant and Financial Consultant, as well as the option to teach in secondary education, the graduates of the Department are equipped with the essential knowledge and skills required for a career in a constantly changing business environment.

Compulsory minimum period of study: eight (8) semesters.
